OPERATING AND VISITING RULES

Building Operator :

Sportovní zařízení města Příbram, Legionářů 378, 261 01, through its authorized employees and external staff (hereinafter referred to as the operator).

Introductory provisions :

These operating rules define certain rules of conduct for visitors to the Junior Club. The Operating Rules are without prejudice to the obligations arising for the visitors of the Junior Club from generally binding legal regulations or legal acts issued on the basis of, good manners, rules of courtesy and decent behaviour, as well as obligations arising from the organisational instructions of the operator or the organiser of the event.

The event organiser is obliged to comply with these operating and visitor regulations.

Each visitor to the Junior Club is obliged to conduct himself in such a way as not to endanger the life, health, property, rights or legitimate interests of himself or any other person, good manners, rules of courtesy and decent behaviour, public order or morality, and not to disturb or harass other visitors.

Hours of operation of the Junior Club - ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT SCHEDULE - NO LATER THAN 03.00 HOURS

Access to the building is only possible during opening hours. It is forbidden to stay in the building outside the operating hours.

The operator or the organizer of the event is entitled to open/close the Junior Club at other than the specified hours, and in justified cases to interrupt the ongoing operation. The operator is entitled to close the club earlier than the set hours if there is a threat of serious damage or a serious crime (in particular a fight, bodily harm).

If the Junior Club is closed early, the visitor is not entitled to a refund or reimbursement of the entry fee.

Operating and Visitor Guidelines

  1. Each visitor enters and stays in the Junior Club at his/her own risk and responsibility. The operator or promoter of the event shall only be liable for damage to health or property caused by the wilful or grossly negligent conduct of its employees or persons in a similar capacity.

  2. Anyone who enters the Junior Club premises becomes a visitor. There is no legal entitlement to enter the Junior Club or to stay in the Junior Club, even if entry to the Junior Club is conditional upon payment of an entry fee. In the event that there is a charge for entry to the Junior Club, entry to the Junior Club is only permissible upon payment of the specified entry fee. The operator or event organizer will issue the visitor with an identification wristband confirming payment of the entrance fee. The identification wristband is non-transferable.

 

  1. At any time during the stay in the Junior Club, the visitor is obliged to prove the payment of the entrance fee at the request of the operator or the organizer of the event by immediately presenting an intact identification bracelet. If the visitor refuses to present an intact identification bracelet or if he/she hands it over to another person, the operator or event organiser is entitled to expel him/her from the Junior Club. If the operator or event organizer prohibits the visitor from continuing to stay at the Junior Club for the reasons stated in these Operating Regulations or in the event of a violation of these Operating Regulations, the visitor shall not be entitled to a refund or reimbursement of the entry fee.

  2. In order to maintain safety, order and protection of property, visitors to the Junior Club are obliged to respect the operating rules and obey the instructions of persons designated by the operator or directly by the event organizer who supervise the observance of order and the operating rules. In the event of a breach of the operating rules and regulations, visitors may be expelled from the Junior Club by the operator or event organiser and, depending on the circumstances, their behaviour may be subject to misdemeanour proceedings or investigation by the Police of the Czech Republic.

  3. For security reasons, each visitor is obliged to show the contents of his/her pockets or hand luggage when asked by the operator or organiser of the event. If the visitor refuses to do so, he/she will not be allowed entry. The operator or event organizer is entitled to request at any time during the visitor's stay in the Junior Club, even repeatedly, that the visitor submit to an inspection, especially in order to protect the life, health and property of the visitor or any other person, public order and morality, as well as compliance with generally binding legal regulations or legal acts or acts issued on the basis thereof, good manners, rules of courtesy and decency of the operating rules or organizational instructions of the operator or event organizer.

  4. Visitors may not bring dangerous objects into the Junior Club - weapons, ammunition, ammunition or any part thereof, illegal weapons (defensive sprays, electric stun guns, tasers, etc.), stabbing, cutting or striking weapons or any part thereof, pyrotechnics, pressure vessels, sprays, needles, etc. Visitors will not be allowed in the Junior Club area with these items.

  5. The operator or organizer of the event is entitled not to admit into the Junior Club drunk persons, persons under the influence of addictive substances, aggressive persons or persons endangering safety in the premises of the Junior Club. In addition, inappropriately dressed persons at their discretion, i.e. persons in dirty, torn or smelly clothing or inappropriate clothing such as sweatpants, shorts, camouflage clothing, overalls and other work clothes, etc.

  6. Visitors may not bring their own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages or food into the Junior Club. Refreshments will be confiscated at the entrance by the operator or event organizer and discarded.

  7. In addition, patrons may not bring into the Junior Club narcotic or psychotropic substances (e.g., drugs) or otherwise life or health threatening or dangerous substances (e.g., poisons, flammables, corrosives, volatile, corrosive, or dye substances), or substances of unknown nature. The operator or event organizer is entitled to expel from the Junior Club visitors in a drunken state or under the influence of addictive substances, when their behavior harasses or endangers other visitors or the property of the Junior Club. The operator or event organizer is also entitled to expel from the Junior Club any visitor who publicly approves of the actions of another visitor who has been banned from further attendance at the Junior Club by the operator or event organizer. A visitor may be refused re-entry to the Junior Club if it is suspected that, on leaving the premises, he may procure drugs for his use or resale in the Junior Club, or if he consumes alcoholic beverages

  8. Visitors are obliged to observe the night-time quiet outside the entrance to the Junior Club and its surroundings, which is set between 22:00 and 06:00 in the morning. Disturbing the night peace is an offence under the provisions of Section 47(1)(b) of Act No. 200/1990 Coll.

  9. The operator or event organiser warns the club visitors that if two or more persons enter one toilet cubicle at the same time, the operator or event organiser may intervene in such a case.

  10. Visitors are prohibited from taking plastic cups or other inventory out of the Junior Club.

13:- handling open fires

- use of narcotic or toxic substances

- use of roller skates, skateboards, scooters, etc...

- bringing animals into the Junior Club

- tampering with the Junior Club's loose inventory, damaging the Junior Club's equipment, including marking, taping or painting the Junior Club's equipment and building (walls, floor, etc...)

- entering areas not intended for visitors

- interfering with electrical equipment and wiring

- handling fire protection equipment without fire hazards

  1. Smoking in the Junior Club is strictly prohibited, outdoor terrace or areas are available for smoking. Visitors who smoke in the Junior Club premises will be escorted out by security.

  2. The visitor is obliged to compensate for any damage or loss caused by his/her fault to the operator or organizer of the Junior Club event. Compensation for any damages caused by the visitor will be enforced in accordance with the relevant legislation.

  3. The visitor must immediately report any injuries or damage to property to the operator or organiser of the Junior Club event. A first aid kit is kept in the cloakroom and at the bar for the treatment of minor injuries to visitors. If treatment is required, please contact the nearest member of staff and call the 155 ambulance service if necessary.

  4. If necessary, at the organiser's discretion, an exception may be made depending on the type of event (The organiser accepts all responsibility). Guests are required to present a valid ID showing date of birth accompanied by a photograph.

  5. In case of evacuation of the Junior Club premises, the guest is obliged to follow the instructions of the security guards or other persons designated by the operator or the event organizer.

  6. By entering the Junior Club premises, the visitor agrees to the taking of photographs and videos in the premises and their subsequent placement on the operator's website.

  7. A list of allergens is available at the Junior Club from the bartenders and is available for inspection on request.

  8. The operator reserves the right to make any changes to the operating rules.

Cloakroom

For safety reasons, visitors to the Junior Club are advised to put their jackets, coats and hand luggage including plastic bags etc. in the cloakroom. The event organizer reserves the right to remind visitors to put their belongings in the cloakroom. The operator or event organiser is not responsible for the contents of pockets and luggage stored in the cloakroom. The operator or organizer of the event is not responsible for items left in the Junior Club. The operator or organizer of the event is not responsible for damage or theft of private belongings of visitors.

Items stored in the cloakroom for which the visitor cannot produce a cloakroom ticket will be released to the visitor after their detailed description after the event has been duly completed. Items left or forgotten in the cloakroom after the event has been duly closed will be issued against the cloakroom ticket for one calendar week at the Novém Rybníku office - tel. 702 092 480 and then disposed of.
